Garrett’s drive and determination for excellence are second to none as he has kept himself up-to-date on all industry standards including battery-backup systems, rebates, and best-practices.
With Garrett and his partners they have created the first full-service solar operation focused solely on what is right and best for the customer.
Jeff has an exceptional 30-year successful track record across hundreds of commercial electrical and industrial solar projects. As the senior project executive, Jeff has managed engineering, procurement and construction field operations for solar projects at several California municipal and private school districts, university campuses, commercial office buildings, industrial manufacturing facilities, hospitals, multi-family housing, houses of worship and multi-megawatt utility-scale projects for SCE and PG&E.
He was the CEO of Belco Electric for 15 years until its acquisition, Vice President of Sales and Estimating for Belco Elecnor Inc., General Manager for Sun Electric and Senior Project Manager for Morrow-Meadows Corporation.
Most of our customers face the same problem: when it comes time for maintenance on their solar system after purchase the company that supplied the system is nowhere to be found, either "out of business" or "relocated."

"Wow, where do I even start? Garrett was highly recommended by orange county solar since they don't do repairs and his service did not disappoint. He contacted us right away, had us send pictures of our solar box so he can see what company our 12 year old solar was & to understand more about our problem. Then punctually showed up on our appointment date with a wealth of knowledge. He called the company that made our specific solar to trouble shoot and patiently explained to me what needed to be done and was kind enough to wait for my husband to get off his work call to re-explain to both of us at the same time so there wouldn't be any miscommunication on my part if I had to relay all the information back to my husband on my own. Told us to save money & just keep using our solar until it breaks instead of replacing anything now. Garrett was even kind enough to help trouble shoot for my neighbor who couldn't get her solar to connect to their computer so they couldn't access how efficient their system was. "Recently we began noticing that our electric bill from SCE was slowly increasing. Even though we have Solar, we had no way of seeing what the production of our system was as the company that installed it had gone out of business years ago. We decided to reach out to a Solar maintenance company. Living in Norco, and wanting to support local businesses, we contacted SolarRepair. When we called them, Garrett answered the phone and proceeded to ask what our issues were. He then gave us his personal cell phone number so we could text him information on our system; information that would enable them to review the production of our system. Within a few days Garrett had put us on their schedule so he, SolarRepairs VP of Operations, could come over and see what the problem was. In the end, after spending about 2-hours checking everything over, he let us know what the issue was and how it could be rectified. During our discussion we inquired about adding more panels, but he talked us out of it saying we really didn't need them. This is when we knew we had the right company working for us. We now have full communication with our system so we can monitor it and have a better understanding of the maintenance requirements (turns out we should have our panels cleaned annually, especially here in dusty Norco) for Solar systems. We had such a great experience with Solar Repair! Before starting our project we spoke and met with several other providers and did a lot of research on our own. From beginning to end the entire team at Solar Repair treated us with the utmost care and respect. Although they are still a fairly new company the amount of knowledge and information they gave us was times 10 compared to the others who have been around a lot longer. The information resulted in major savings and much better rebates and credits. Additionally, we ended up with better quality Panasonic Solar Panels and a great Enphase Battery Storage System. Again, the entire team was FABULOUS! Always taking our calls or calling us back immediately. Believe, me we called a ton and had a ton of questions!!! Garret and his crew are absolute rock stars! They got the job done exactly as expected, in the time frame expected and with the highest quality and respect for us as customers possible. We installed a Tesla Power Wall, upgraded our inverter, and installed a whole home fan system. Pricing was competitive and the process was very clean and efficient. After the process was done, the office staff follows up very well and ensures all credits and refunds are processed as fast as possible. I never met her, but, Markie in the office is incredibly accessible and communicative. She works very hard to ensure everything promised is processed efficiently. I will definitely be going back to them for any future service.
